NAS Performance builds and supplies race-grade engines and components intended for competition and high-performance use only. As such, these products are sold without a standard warranty.

NAS Performance warrants only its workmanship. Any parts or components incorporated into an engine or supplied separately are subject solely to the manufacturer’s warranty, if one exists. NAS Performance makes no additional warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

All NAS Performance parts and builds are sold “as is” and without warranty of any kind.
The customer understands and agrees that automotive racing and high-performance activities are inherently dangerous, and assumes full responsibility for determining the suitability of NAS Performance products for their intended use, as well as for the inspection, maintenance, and replacement of such products.

Under no circumstances shall NAS Performance be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss arising from the use or misuse of any product.

All made-to-order items and builds become non-refundable 24 hours after payment has been received.
