Engine Warranty & Performance Use Policy

All engines and longblocks sold by NAS Performance are intended for high-performance and racing applications. Due to the nature of motorsports and performance use, no expressed or implied warranty is provided against engine failure, component damage, or consequential damages.

While we stand behind the quality of our machining, parts selection, and assembly workmanship, engine reliability and longevity are heavily influenced by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

• Installation quality
• ECU calibration and tuning
• Fuel quality and fuel system performance
• Cooling system condition
• Supporting modifications
• Maintenance practices
• Driving habits and racing conditions
• Break-in procedures

Because NAS Performance does not perform the installation, tuning, or operation of the vehicle after delivery, we cannot guarantee engine lifespan or performance outcomes once the engine leaves our facility.

If a customer believes there is an issue related to machining or assembly workmanship, NAS Performance will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to treating our customers fairly and professionally.

By purchasing a longblock or engine package from NAS Performance, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

All made-to-order items and builds become non-refundable 24 hours after payment has been received.
